The work of the American Overseas Memorial Day Association Belgium is supported entirely by the AOMDA Foundation, a private, all-volunteer, non-governmental organization. The AOMDA Foundation has no paid staff and its administrative infrastructure is provided pro bono. This means that the AOMDA Foundation gives 100% of the funds it receives directly to AOMDA Belgium for the expenses related to conducting the Memorial Day Ceremonies, honoring the isolated graves, and engaging in youth outreach.
